AI estimation for tender build-upAI
Bring your own agent. It reads the BOQ, resources and programme through a scoped gateway and returns drafts; the server prices them and your estimator decides.
- Chief estimator
- Tendering

On a contractor's desk. Tender periods are short and estimating capacity is the binding constraint. The useful version of AI here is not a black box that prices a job — it is a fast first pass on rate analysis and resource build-up that a senior estimator corrects instead of starts.
What it does
Scoped read access
The gateway exposes the project's BOQ, resource library, progress and programme — per project, per scope, with a kill switch. Money endpoints are excluded at the query level, not by convention.
Draft proposals, server-priced
The agent proposes rate analyses and resource build-ups. Pricing is computed server-side from your libraries — the agent's arithmetic is never trusted.
Whitelist import with rollback
Only whitelisted record types can be imported, atomically, by a named reviewer. A failed import rolls back whole; nothing lands half-applied.
Metered and logged
Usage counted per request against your quota, every call recorded with its token scope. You can answer what the agent read and when.
What it will not do
- Write to any money ledger
- Import without a human reviewer
- Read a project outside its token scope
Commercially
A metered add-on on Contractor Commercial, included in Enterprise Mandate. Priced per request so a tender-heavy month costs more than a quiet one — and so nobody pays for capability they do not use.
