Quality, safety & snags
Inspection and test plans with real hold points, test dues computed from what was poured, and NCRs that interlock payment until they are closed.

On a contractor's desk. Quality records are usually assembled for handover, months after the work. Kept as the work proceeds, they do two things: they close out faster, and they stop the employer using an open NCR as leverage against an unrelated bill.
What it holds
ITPs with S / H / W points
Surveillance, hold and witness points authored per activity and approved. An unclassified point is treated as a hold on no-show — the safe default, not the convenient one.
Test dues computed, not remembered
Cube and material test sets derived from measured quantity to the applicable code, with results appended and never editable after entry.
Pour cards and clearance
A pour cannot be cleared while its checklist is incomplete. The refusal is recorded, which is what makes the cleared ones worth something.
NCRs, snags and the payment interlock
Non-conformances and snags with severity, owner and closure evidence — and an explicit link to the certificate they hold, so the deduction is never a mystery.
What it produces
- Quality audit score with first-time-pass, NCR and test weighting
- Handover-ready test and inspection dossier
- Snag closure position by area and by trade
What it will not allow
- Clearing a pour on an incomplete checklist
- Editing a recorded test result
- Closing your own NCR
